Why is there no left-handed trackball mouse on the market

It is really weird that in this day and age with all the information and data on the importance of ergonomics in computer work, there is still no good left-handed trackball mouse on the market.

As someone who likes to think and practice ergonomics when doing computer work every day, I find it odd that there aren’t any left-handed trackball mice on the market today.

Especially what I would like to have is a left-handed version of my favorite mouse; MX Ergo, which I’ve used for quite some time now. After getting used to trackball mice such as MX Ergo there haven’t been better alternatives for me at least.

Even non-trackball ergonomic mice are hard to come by and are left-handed. For the perfect setup, I would like to have both lefts- and right-handed trackball mice on my workstation to switch it up now and then.

For ergonomic purposes, I find it important to be able to utilize both sides of my body equally to avoid heavy one-sidedness.
